Play Club FAQs

• What is the MESSY BABY PLAY CLUB?
  Membership in the club gives you access to our library of toys for rent. Your
  membership is inclusive of a specific number of rentals (based on membership tier)
  and one way delivery. If you wish to rent more than your allotted rentals, a
  discounted member’s price will be applied and no BOND will be required for these.

• What are the Membership Tiers available?
  There are 3 membership tiers:
  • Monthly (Php 1,500.00)
    Includes 2 rentals and one way delivery
    10% discount in our SHOP for the duration of membership
  • 2 Month Membership (Php 2,500.00)
    Includes 4 rentals and one way delivery
    10% discount in our SHOP for the duration of membership
  • 3 Month ALL STAR Membership (Php 3,000.00)
    Our best Value Membership
    Includes 6 rentals and one way delivery
    10% discount in our SHOP for the duration of membership
    Welcome Gift (play dough / slime kit) to be dispatched with your first rental!

• How soon does my membership start?
  Your membership starts as soon as your registration has been completed!
  Once this is done, you will receive an email from us which contains your membership
  number that will give you access to borrowing on our Play Club Page.

• Is the membership fee per child playing?
  No, the membership fee is applied per household! All your kids can benefit with just
  one membership price.

• How long can we keep the toys?
  You can keep the toys for 7 days. Our dispatch day is every Friday, please return the
  toys on the following Thursday by 3pm. This ensures proper cleaning and sanitation
  for the next users. Items not returned on time, will incur a late fee of Php 150/day.

• Are the toys posted the only ones available?
  For now, these are what we are launching with, we shall be adding to this on a
  regular basis to ensure that you will have a variety of toys to choose from!

• Can I cancel my membership?
  Unfortunately, we cannot cancel memberships that are already been registered.

• Can I purchase the toys that we’ve rented?
  No, we cannot sell the toys we have for RENT to ensure that everyone can have
  access to the toys. We do however, have some of these items FOR SALE in our SHOP!

• What do we do with the sensory bases that come with the toys?
  Some toys will come with sensory bases to complete the play experience. All sensory
  bases are prepared fresh for the rental and are yours to keep.

• What if we break a toy?
  Your membership fee is inclusive of the BOND that will be used to cover this
  expense. Kindly return the toy to the shop, even if it is broken.
